1. The procedure of cosmetic honey wrapping consists of three stages: preparatory, the main and wrapping. At the first stage there is clarification of skin from the died-off cells of epithelium and banal dirt. For this purpose it is necessary to take shower, using body scrub and rigid bast.
2. During the main stage there is drawing on body of honey mix. For wrapping it is worth taking not candied honey of room temperature. Most often as additional ingredient under honey mix use pepper, mustard, sea salt and cinnamon, however the most effective is the structure from honey and the blue clay taken in proportions one to one.
3. The final stage of this cosmetic procedure - directly, wrapping. During this stage your body should be completely wrapped in dense cocoon from food wrap. Over film it is necessary to dress something warm, like jacket, or to throw with plaid.
4. For achievement of the necessary cosmetic effect in food wrap and under warm blanket it is necessary to spend about an hour. After the end of procedure it is necessary to wash away the honey remains from skin, having taken the weakening bath with broths of herbs.
