In the big organizations for convenience of users of personal computers and optimization of working hours the employers use internal local networks. In such networks there are network disks, access to which employees have. On such disks folders for each division the with such accounting, as a rule, are created to place the file in them or only those workers could see contents for whom the folder also is intended. Respectively there is program task to make shared folder, but with limited right of access.

Instruction

1. On badge of shared folder it is necessary to right-click and choose the General Access and Safety command. The Access window where you are offered to cancel or open at choice to your folder the general access opens. Naturally, choose the Open switch.

2. Below you will see the General Resource field. In it, for ensuring access on local network of other users, enter the name of your shared folder. Names of the main local folder and shared folder can both coincide, and to differ. If necessary, you can specify "Note" in the following field.

3. Further you are offered to limit if desired number of those users who at connection can use the folder. You can choose the Greatest possible switch or specify specific number.

4. Then it is offered to appoint rules of access on network to your shared folder. For this purpose press the Permission button. Appoint access parameters for public resource. Better in the NTFS file system.

5. Thus, you have created shared folder and permission "Reading" was automatically highlighted. Make click on the Permissions button in the Access window. Pay attention that there are permissions of three types.

6. It is "Full access" when which performing all users of the public folder have opportunity to make any operations with files. Further "Change", at the same time is available opportunity to change contents of files in the folder.

7. And the following - "Reading" when users of the public folder have opportunity to look through files and their contents. The last type of permission is usually appointed anyway "by default".
