Quite often people have need for tape power-saw bench. However not everyone will be able to dare to get tape power-saw bench in shop. It is possible to save and make it with own hands.
1. For production of tape power-saw bench stock up with pulleys. They can be removed from the combine similar to Neva. Diameter of pulleys has to be more than 30 centimeters. Further grind off them so that the put-on belt acted a little.
2. At production, very few turning works meet. It is connected with the fact that generally for guides the half-inch pipe is used. Also stock up with the second pipe which will be put on half-inch plank.
3. Be engaged in production rail. Rail 50 millimetric can be made of corner. Establish it by the party up. Pay attention, wheels need to be established well, otherwise the wheel will be erased about corner. It is the best of all to establish corner edge by top side. In this case the wheel will not be erased.
4. For cross ties use profile pipe of 25*25 millimeters in size. It needs to be welded between profile tubes, above-mentioned half-inch pipe which log fixtures are put on. Install fixtures so that they could move and bend quietly. The clip will be made by blow of the hammer. There will be samozaklinivayeniye.
5. Establish profile tubes so that they supported rails. On these ledges establish adjusting bolts. On profile tubes install "bridges". On them the log will keep within. The last two have among themselves distance in 50 centimeters.
6. Weld the body of pulleys on tubes. All design has to move easily on horizontal tubes guides. Fixing will be carried out by means of bolts.
7. The right pulley will automatically stretch spring. You can take it from the shock-absorber from the motorcycle. The left pulley which acts as the leader is fixed. However it can be moved change of the size of belt saw.
8. Make frame of channel 1.5 meters high. It has to "play" a little, but it does not influence sawing in any way.
