It is required to you

  • Metal bucket;
  • Tape measure and marker;
  • Bulgarian;
  • M6 bolts;
  • Converter;
  • Wire with a section of 4 mm2 and also wire with a section of 2.5 mm2.

Instruction

1. At first you need to make the rotor and to remake generator pulley. Take bucket, separate it into four strictly identical parts. Using tape measure and marker, make marking of blades, cut, having drilled before it openings for insert of scissors. If you use the Bulgarian for cutting, watch that metal did not overheat. However, in case with bucket from galvanized steel or colored tin the metal overheating does not threaten you.

2. The bucket at you will fasten to the generator four bolts (to pulley and the bottom) therefore mark on the bottom and on place pulley for bolts. Do it strictly symmetrically because this condition is very important for successful further operability of your wind-driven generator.

3. On bucket unbend blades, considering rotating direction of your generator. Usually it turns clockwise. Strongly abruptly it is not necessary to unbend blades that blades turned exactly and without rushes.

4. Fix bucket on pulley by means of M6 bolts, connect wires to the generator. Do not forget to rewrite previously the scheme and also marking of contacts and colors of wires. Now collect chain.

5. Then install the wind generator on mast and fix wires on mast and the generator. Connect it in chain then connect to chain the accumulator by means of wires of 4 mm2 of meter length maximum. Now you need to connect loading by means of wires of 2.5 mm2 (electric devices, lighting). You can also put the converter of 12-220 V on 700-1500 W. Connect it in chain wire of 4 mm2 meter (but no more) lengths to contacts.
