With acquisition of the pleasant outer door most sharply there is question connected with its mounting in aperture. As far as she will answer the main functionality and whether will be able to provide the dwelling with worthy protection against malefactors depends on quality of its performance. In view of the aforesaid, it is necessary to treat assembling of door with all responsibility.
It is required to you
- - perforator;
- - set of drills;
- - anchor bolts – 8 pieces;
- - screw driver.
Instruction
1. Any door case fastens in aperture by means of anchors which are obliged to be closed reliably up in wall material. In concrete or brickwork they are put on depth to ten centimeters, in gas-silicate blocks or in other honeycomb with emptiness – on 150-200 mm.
2. The design of anchors is calculated in such a way that after twisting of bolt it so reliably is fixed in wall that it is impossible to pull out it without laying fragment. The most expensive of them are made of metal which cannot be cut with disk of the angular grinder but only only blowpipe.
3. Anchor bolts in wall of door opening according to the following scheme are located: - on two opposite to loops on each party of wall, - on one in the center; from sides, from above and from below.
4. Fixing of door case is carried out in two ways (to specify upon purchase).
5. The first provides making by the perforator of necessary number of openings in wall aperture into which anchors are inserted later. Then their bolts are passed throughout brackets, and all design is fixed by tightening of the screw by means of the screw driver. The box with door fastens to the established assembly elements.
6. The second way is carried out a little differently. In the beginning the door is exposed on construction level in aperture. If it is required under bottom of box the necessary volume of concrete or cement slurry is added. Then about one top and lower opening through door case in blockwork is made. In them anchor bolts are inserted and drag on. After fixing of door also the remained six assembly units, on three on each party boxes are the same way inserted.
7. After the door is established in wall aperture, it on perimeter is blown by construction foam, and then slopes are closed up.
