1. Take out all things from cabinet and accurately remove shelves and doors. Handles and elements of fixture also should be removed and to clean carefully. If on them there is old paint, it should be removed by means of special structure for etching.
2. Prepare solution from water with laundry detergent. Wash out it cabinet inside and outside. If there are surfaces from metal, then wipe them with degreaser. After processing it is necessary to wait for drying of all parts.
3. If the cabinet varnished, then its surfaces have to be processed means for removal of varnish. After that the tree is recommended to be sprayed with the protectant – fugnitsidy and insecticide.
4. Start grinding of wooden surfaces by means of the grinder. Then it is necessary to putty accurately all cracks and chips, otherwise they will appear through paint and will spoil all look.
5. Cover cabinet with primer which has to correspond to that material of which the piece of furniture is made. It can be primer for wood or for metal.
6. Wait for drying and begin to polish surface, using fine-grained abrasive paper. You carry out grinding not only outside, but also inside.
7. Now the cabinet can be painted. Prepare brush and the roller and open jar with paint. It is possible to pour it in bowl – so will dip more conveniently the tool. It is necessary to begin from the inside, painting over the most distant planes, and then to pass to internal wall, sidewalls and to the bottom. Use brush.
8. Paint cabinet outside by means of the roller. Well to paint over doors, shelves and boxes, it is necessary to put them on horizontal surface. It is possible to cover with polyethylene film floor or table, to spread out the processed elements and to accurately paint them.
9. Wait for final drying of all parts and the cabinet and start assembly. Now your cabinet looks as new and is ready to serve still for many years.
