Instruction
1. For primer preparation you will need blow torch or fire. Bitumen and gasoline will be part of future primer. For concrete surfaces the bitumen ratio to gasoline will be 1/2, and for metal - 1/3. Bitumen needs to be cooked up to the boiling temperature, and then to pour out in gasoline. Carefully primer is ready to mix the received solution-! Attention! Do not mix at all and do not pour out gasoline in bitumen. So you can get burns and injuries.
2. If there is no hurry, it is possible to choose safer way of preparation of primer. Connect bitumen and gasoline in the above-stated proportions. Leave the received medley until bitumen completely is dissolved in gasoline. On it about two weeks will leave. But approximately time in 2 days visit the solution, stirring slowly with stick or blade. Do not forget to cover primer as gasoline can evaporate also all to nothing.
3. Primer under glue coloring is mylovarny, kuporosny and aluminous. Mylovarny prepares so: it is necessary to take 400 g of animal glue and to dissolve it in 5 l of water, to add the soap cut on pieces and to put on fire. Solution it is necessary to stir slowly up to the boiling temperature. Kuporosny primer is prepared more difficult. To pour into wooden ware about 3 l of the boiling water and to dissolve copper vitriol. In parallel with it in other container it is necessary to cook 2 l of glue. In the third capacity it is necessary to dissolve 250 g of laundry soap and to add it to glue. Further to add 20 g of drying oil to all this soap magnificence, and then to slowly add copper vitriol, to add waters to 10 l - solution is ready! Aluminous primer is made, as well as kuporosny, but instead of vitriol it is necessary to add the aluminum-potassium alum which is previously stirred in 3 l of the boiling water.
4. Primer under oily base has to be on the basis of drying oil or pure drying oil will approach. Limy painting demands the corresponding primer. The most widespread way of its preparation: to add 100 g of drying oil to 3 l of soap solution and to mix carefully. Pour in the received substance in 3 kg of lime paste and add water to 10 l. Then everything needs to be filtered and primer is prepared for use!
