  • jack pull pipe before its break;
  • take out the torn-off part outside;

  • by means of jack pull out the following part of pipe.

Independently by such technique to get pipe from too long hole, most likely, it will not turn out. But to make dismantling in the mine of average depth the hands, using technology of tightness, it is possible to try nevertheless.

The upper part of the pipeline is also extended in this case with use of blooming collar. The lower part in such wells is usually perforated for filtration. It is possible to capture her, for example, the self-made tool working by the principle of "fishing hook" and consisting from:

  • steel strong rod;
  • loops for rope;
  • two located in the bottom of rod on both of its parties, mobile "mustache" in vertical plane which total length in the unrolled state exceeds diameter of the mine a little.

At exit from the mustache well of such adaptation will be unrolled and will enter pipe filter openings. It in turn will also allow to bring design to the surface. To manufacture such fascinating tool it is independently possible to try from improvised materials.

When dismantling long pipes from long holes at use of such technology one more adaptation called chalka is in addition used. This tool the pipe is picked up at the time of shift of collar.

Use of jack

Pull out casing pipes often with application and such tool. In this case the pipe end is also pressed out by collar and fixed on the big lever on mild shoulder of jack. Further the pipe is just pulled out outside. 

It is considered that for performance of dismantling on such technology it is the best of all to use jack from KamAZ. It is possible also to try to extend pipe railway jack.

Dredging by means of drum

Such technology of extraction of casing pipes assumes use of the self-made equipment of special design. Assemble exhaust adaptation in this case as follows:

  • make two racks in the form of the inverted "T" of channels;
  • above racks, bearings fix;
  • via bearings pass strong steel axis;
  • install the reel with the handle;
  • fix to drum rope.

Width of racks of such equipment is usually equal to 60 cm, and height — 1 m. It is the best of all to take bearings for assembly of such device on 4 cm. The pipe extract at use of such self-made device is made by rotation of the drum.

Dismantling by reciprocation method

When using this technology the pipe from not too long hole can be lifted without damages. Carry out dismantling in this case as follows:

  • above pipe fix circulating pump;
  • include water supply;
  • along with washing the pipe is shaken and loosened.

Washing with water in this case is made for decrease in friction coefficient between walls of the mine and pipe. If the well has considerable diameter, pumps when using this technology are fixed not above, and fall by bottom.

Best of all this technique is suitable, of course, for the mines drilled in rather dense earth. Soft soil when shaking pipe can easily fall off that completely will put the well out of action.

Dismantling by means of unscrewing

Such technique of removal is often applied to very long holes which reinforcing pipes consist of several parts fastened by means of threaded connections. Dredging in this case is carried out with use of the drilling rig.

Process of dismantling on such technology assumes combination of the rotary moment and loading of tension. The lovilny crown of special design is inserted into the mine at application of this technique. Further 20 or more turns of the next element of pipe counterclockwise are carried out.

After unscrewing the tube section is rather easily taken out outside. Further the lovilny crown falls to the well again and process repeats for the following element of casing pipe.

Alternative methods

To take pipe from the well actually happens rather difficult. In case of call of experts this procedure can become also very costly. Therefore before starting dismantling of casing pipe, owners of country house should consider alternative options of increase in efficiency of use of the well and improvement of water quality.

Most often need for dredging of pipe the hands arises because of rustiness of its walls. In this case to solve problem it is previously possible to try by installation to the well of one more, plastic, pipes this time. Such procedure will allow to strengthen in addition walls of the mine and to exclude contact of water with the rusting metal.

Of course, diameter and consequently, and well performance when using one more pipe to decrease. However the mine nevertheless will remain operable, most likely, for long term. At the same time and owners of country house should not spend too many means. 

When dismantling pipes from the long holes drilled on not too dense soil there is very high probability of collapse of walls of the mine. Not to pay money to experts in vain and not to spend the time, to owners of the country site in this case, perhaps, it is worth thinking just of drilling of the new well.
