1. Each tool used in life has "Achilles' heel". Refer failure of the pump by means of which pressure in the tank with "fuel", and swamping of jet is forced to the most widespread malfunctions of blow torch. It is possible to face fault of shutoff valves slightly less often.
2. Attentively examine blow torch and define fault. Whenever possible find out the reason which has led to this breakage.
3. If after opening of valve "fuel" exudes or bubbles, but does not move properly, so the problem roots in jet. Clean the calibrated opening by means of needle. If the result is not, then it is necessary to clean this making element of figurative torch it is a little in a different way.
4. Unscrew jet and once again try to clean it. Then push fine wire in fuel tube, open valve and wash this channel with gasoline. After the done procedure establish jet into place and record it.
5. Fault of blow torch can be shown that in progress of work of torch the hissing or other extraneous noises is heard. The problem in this case roots in fault of the pumping-up device.
6. To eliminate the fault connected with operation of the pumping-up device, turn off stopper and take the pump outside. Remove the valve core which is on the pump valve, clean this constructive part of torch from pollution and replace its spring. Oil cups on rod engine.
7. If during operating time of blow torch from under rod the flame begins to flare, extinguish fire, and later remove the handle of valve and stopper and then change omental stuffing of intaking needle.
