1. From time to time it is necessary to carry out disinfection of the pool. For this purpose you can install filters which will purify water from suspended particles. For additional effect it is necessary to do chlorination that growth of seaweed, viruses and bacteria has not begun. The active chlorine and hydrogen peroxide completely disinfect water and the surface of the pool.
2. Process of chlorination happens to use of gaseous chlorine in cylinders, solution of hypochlorite and dioxide of chlorine. These substances are perfectly dissolved in water, do not break acid-base balance and are not sources of harmful particles. If your outdoor pool (is on the street), you can complement disinfection with the granulated calcium hypochlorite.
3. The most available reagent is sodium hypochlorite. Observe such proportion – 2 mg of substance on 1 l of water for the indoor pool, 10 mg for open. Remember that chlorine is are toxic gas, be careful when transporting. Do not use it after effective life and do not add too much chlorine to water. It can become the reason of corrosion of surface of the pool and irritation of skin.
4. Pay attention to ozonization. Water becomes lighter and disinfected, the smack and unpleasant smell disappears. The dose of ozone has to be three times less than chlorine dose. After ozonization surely add activated carbon to water to restore acid-base balance and to avoid emergence of carbonyl connections.
5. Still you have to look after surface of walls and dock apron. The damaged and lagged behind covering needs to be replaced with new. The tile has to maintain the weight of water and to be impregnable to temperature drops.
6. Drain water from the pool and clean it. Mark all tiles which need to be replaced. Remove old covering with the hammer or chisel and clean the place from old glue.
7. To paste new tile, grease the cleaned surface with BF-2 or BF-6 glue. Wait for its drying, apply glue on tile. Put accurately replacement back and press something heavy if you repair dock apron. In 1-2 days remove cargo.
8. Accurately clean the place of repair from excess glue, solution and mastic. In 3-4 days process seams solution then again wash up surface.
9. To remove rusty spots from pipes or other metal elements of the pool, use citric or oxalic acid. Carefully wipe surface to remove acid remains.
