The tiled covering on floor is very practical. The tile well washes, gives to the room accurate and refined look. But at careless handling any given tile on floor can sometimes crack. To eliminate this defect, there is no need to change all flooring, it is enough to replace one deformed tile with new.

- - glue for tile;
- - sponge;
- - finish for seams;
- - dividing crosses;
- - chisel;
- - normal hammer;
- - rubber hammer;
- - toothed palette;
- - construction level;
- - rubber palette;
- - scraper.
Instruction
1. Prepare all tools and materials, necessary for work, that they were near at hand. Pick up tile instead of spoiled. It has to approach by the sizes and color. During operating time of hand protect gloves to protect themselves from potential damages.
2. Release space indoors to provide access to the damaged tile and convenient work on its replacement. If necessary rearrange furniture, having shifted it in other corner of the room.
3. By means of scraper remove the seams adjacent to the replaced tile. Take at the same time about 1 cm more material that there was place for installation of dividing crosses.
4. Remove the deformed tile in parts. For this purpose break it into small parts by means of chisel and the hammer. Begin dismantling with corners of tile and move to its center. Otherwise there is opportunity to damage the whole next elements of covering.
5. Having removed the tile remains, remove from the released space under it residues of old binding solution. Level surface, having filled it with glue structure or solution by means of the toothed palette. All roughnesses have to be filled with binding structure.
6. On corners of the released space establish dividing crosses. The size of crosses has to be such to provide identical gaps between all tiles on floor.
7. Accurately lay new tile on the place, previously having cleaned it from dust and possible pollution. But tile place construction level and slightly tap surface rubber hammer. If the tile slightly acts over next, remove surplus of glue structure. If the tile appears lower than the level of the next elements, add solution or glue structure.
8. Leave tile for full drying approximately for day. Then start sealing of joints. It is the simplest to perform this work by means of the rubber palette. It is important to pick up finish, for color corresponding to seams of the next tiles. Collect surplus of finish by sponge.
