1. The cut of wood-shaving plate represents very labor-intensive process connected with significant amount of fine dust. In the conditions of big production these problems are solved in the industrial ways, and here in house conditions it is rather difficult to mark and it is correct to saw, without chips, dozen sheets chipboards, and after that to clean the whole hill of garbage from workplace.

3. If all of you are going to saw chipboard in the conditions of house workshop, you need saw with small teeths. Such saw allows to receive more equal cut. When sawing dispose the cutting tool under very sharp angle to the surface of chipboard. It is necessary to saw with easy pressing, with insignificant return (it will allow to avoid chips and zalom).
4. In addition to protect plate surface from zalom, paste adhesive tape in the area of cut. It especially will help when cutting of the laminated wood-shaving plate.
5. When sawing chipboard it is impossible to hurry at all, otherwise chips on the line of the machine cut can be formed. 6. Having sawn chipboard, you have thereby bared inside layers of plate which can undergo various deformations after that. To protect edge after cut, paste over it with special plastic tape with glue covering. It is possible to use interline interval also.
