Instruction
1. To solder the parts made of stainless steel prepare the soldering iron and gumboil. In this case the normal soldering iron on hundred watts can be used (do not buy the soldering iron of bigger power). As gumboil use soldering acid. Prepare also soldering tin.
2. Having prepared all necessary for stainless steel soldering, start the process. For a start carefully smooth out the place of soldering by abrasive paper or file. After that apply soldering acid and make obluzhivny. In that case if it is impossible to obluzhit part from the first (that is, to surface solder does not stick, and it just begins to roll down), repeatedly apply layer of soldering acid on well warmed surface and execute tinning.
3. If the made attempt still was not crowned with success (solder continues to roll down and besides the oxide film of grayish color appears), carefully process welding surface special brush. Such brush you can make with own hands: it represents small piece of tube with a diameter of 5 mm in which place thin veins from steel cable. Apply soldering acid on the problem site then bring to it at the same time brush and the soldering iron, and then fill to drive these two tools. Such procedure will help to remove oxidic film.
4. When obluzhena parts, solder them among themselves, using the soldering iron and gumboil.
