It is especially important to be careful during the work with field transistors. Soldering of such elements is not too difficult, but at violation of the rules of mounting their exit out of operation is possible.
It is required to you
- - soldering iron or soldering station;
- - metal wire or foil;
- - rosin;
- - ethyl alcohol.
Instruction
1. Prepare the soldering iron for work with transistors. Power of the soldering iron should not exceed 36-40 W. Grind tip of sting to minimum dimensions or use the soldering iron with replaceable stings of small section. It is the best of all to use the soldering station which has possibility of power control and assumes the choice of the required temperature condition.
2. As field transistors do not suffer static electricity, do not touch device conclusions with one hand. Surely ground the soldering iron, and during soldering of conclusions disconnect previously warmed device from current network. Put on the special metal bracelet connected to earth wire hand.
3. Before touching with sting conclusions of the field transistor, touch it contact surfaces of assembly payment. Inserting conclusions into slots, take the transistor only for the body. It is desirable to connect previously device legs delay in the isolation removed from it or piece of metal foil; in this case the risk of output of the transistor is out of operation excluded. Surely remove foil or wire after soldering-in of part.
4. Prepare soldering flux of transistors. For this purpose crumble rosin in glass bubble and add ethyl alcohol there. After full dissolution of rosin cause with small brush structure to the place of soldering. It is the most convenient to use for preparation of structure bottle from nail varnish which already has the built-in brush.
5. Before soldering you zaludit site of mounting diagram, having covered it with even layer of solder. During the work as the soldering iron try not to overheat transistor conclusions. Touches to the place of soldering have to be short and abrupt. Insert device conclusions into the slots intended for them and consistently process soldering tip each conclusion.
