Instruction
1. Fill in opening with the broken bolt liquid, capable to facilitate your work. It can be liquid key, or universal lubricant. They act, after a while, when connection is cleaned.
2. Examine bolt head. If its corners are broken and cease to represent accurate hexagon, if bolt not really big, take combination pliers. If bolt large, then instead of combination pliers use gas pipe wrench. Dispose combination pliers at right angle to bolt. Try to turn off bolt thus.
3. At absence at head bolt in case bolt rather big, then the smallest drill make in the bolt to the line 2-3 openings, posverliv, thus, groove under the screw-driver. Having inserted the screw-driver into the drilled groove, unscrew bolt. It is better to take the screw-driver Tee.
4. If the head is broken, but part of bolt slightly acts, then it is also possible to grasp it with combination pliers. And in combination of combination pliers has also spent on drink groove under the screw-driver, use of two tools increases the probability of successful extraction of bolt.
5. Try to weld by means of welding on the broken bolt the nut suitable by the size, and then unscrew bolt, using nut as bolt head.
6. Drill bolt in case it has no head, and bolt small. It most "destructive way of extraction of bolt. For this purpose in the center of bolt the opening is drilled. For a start take drill smaller diameter, than bolt because it is possible that at inclusion of reverse on drill, the bolt will be turned out together with drill. If it has not occurred, then it is possible to hammer into opening slightly flat blade screwdriver of the corresponding diameter and to try to remove bolt together with it, or to drill bolt drill of the same diameter.
