The modern kitchen cannot be imagined without such convenient and practical adaptation as kitchen extract. It reliably protects kitchen furniture from fat and ashes and also interfere with distribution of smell of the preparing food to other rooms of the apartment, removing this "air" in vent system. However that this reliable device has not failed prematurely, behind it the special care is necessary that means regular cleaning of extract.
It is required to you
- - kitchen extract;
- - means for washing of ware;
- - foam sponge;
- - water;
- - soft rag;
- - means for care for the chromeplated extracts;
- - screw-driver;
- - new charcoal filter;
- - new fat filter from acrylic with the indicator.
Instruction
1. Deenergize extract. It is strictly forbidden to wash away the kitchen extract included in the socket!
2. Apply by means of foam sponge means for washing of ware on external part of extract and leave for a while. Then moisten sponge with warm water and smooth movements pound the put means for washing of ware before total disappearance of pollution. After that wash external part of extract with thermal water and wipe it soft rag dry.
3. If the extract chromeplated after its cleaning, apply the special means intended for care for stainless steel on dry outer surface of this kitchen unit. You apply this substance evenly and circular motions: drying up, it has to leave thin imperceptible film which will protect further the chromeplated extract from pollution and also will provide to steel beautiful gloss.
4. Pull out the built-in filters from extract. In most cases the kitchen extracts supporting work in two modes (branch and recirculation) have two filters: fat and coal.
5. The fat filter is intended for protection of air in kitchen from fat, harmful evaporations and other volatiles. It can be acrylic or metal. If the filter metal, wash out its one-two once a month manually or in dish washer (establish the optimum heating temperature of water as too hot water can lead to darkening of the fat filter manufactured of aluminum). In most cases the acrylic fat filter regularly copes with the task assigned to it within the first three month, and then demands replacement by new. Buy the acrylic filter with the indicator changing color depending on condition of the filter.
6. Change the charcoal filter intended for absorption of smells for the new filter at least once a year.
