Instruction
1. There are several ways of production of metal arch. One of them – bending of arch on template. Metal rods, the drawing of arch full-scale on metal strip are for this purpose necessary thick (12.14 mm). Arch height usually does not exceed 2 meters, width – one and a half meters. It is important that the person could pass freely under it and carry by garden stock.
2. Along the line of the drawing through 5 cm vertically weld pieces of rod 4-5 cm higher than leaf. The number of pins depends on the arch sizes. After have welded the last pin, you receive design template.
3. From outer end from pins weld metal strip not less than 5 mm thick on arch. At the same time the strip is welded by one edge on pins, another – on leaf.
4. Then, weld one pipe end on the first pin. Gradual, slow advance to the second pin by means of assembly fork will yield desirable result - metal arch.
5. On this template it is possible to make the necessary quantity of arches. Very beautifully the difficult arches connected among themselves in the form of gallery look. It is better to put such designs on concrete bed. Depth of underlay of design – to one meter.
6. It is possible to make the simplified arch design. For this purpose four tube sections with a diameter of 30 mm for supporting poles, and rod with a section of 10х10 mm will be required. Weld the rod horizontally on pipes for creation of tie. It is used for forming of arch part.
