Preparation of floor on loggia to repair

It is necessary to use haydite of average fraction as it provides good thermal insulation, but at the same time differs in sufficient durability and it is filled up with quite dense layer.
If the owner is afraid that haydite will deteriorate from moisture, it is possible to spread previously under it polyethylene. After charge of haydite it is necessary to put polyethylene film once again, already from above. Then the heat-insulation layer will be protected from all directions.

The owner after all this will need only to lay floor any finishing covering. For increase in thermal insulation it is possible to use dense linoleum, parquet board or carpet. Though the last floor covering on loggia should be applied only if the room is protected from moisture penetration. In general, the floor will manage to be made heat-insulated, esthetic and durable.
