Instruction
1. In the course of work we observe special technology. Prepare the production site on which you will be able to place materials and tools necessary for you.
2. Begin to prepare cement slurry - basis for tile. Such proportions: cement - 30%, the sand sifted - 20%, crushed stone small - 50%, softener - 1%, water - everything depends on what rigidity solution will be required to you.
3. We fill up cement, crushed stone and sand in in advance prepared capacity, at the same time constantly mixing and filling in little by little water. In the latest turn fill in additives, the weight similar to dough as a result turns out. If have conceived colourful tile, we add the dyes resistant to fading.
4. Ready solution is poured out in in advance greased capacity for prints. Do you care for durability? Use the metal gauze or rods which are placed before the last filling.
5. For maintaining humidity the filling is covered with normal film and forgotten about it for 2 days. For bigger humidity it is necessary to sprinkle products.
6. Prepare basin with hot water to make oblivka. Thanks to big temperature it is possible to take out tile. Then we wait for about a month that the product has completely dried out. We congratulate, the self-made paving slabs are completely prepared for use, will sustain even frosts more than -35 °
