There are two types of overlappings which mount in houses: concrete and wooden. Each of them have the versions which are the most suitable to constructions of any given type. In multifamily houses traditionally stack overlappings from reinforced concrete.

1. Overlappings – some of the most important constructional elements of the building. They represent the strong plane separating floors, basement and attic-floor rooms. In multi-storey buildings mount floors. In the low building it is accepted to build wooden.
2. Floors are the reinforced concrete constructions having high strength, fire resistance, worthy sound insulation. Process of their mounting is rather simple, but because of big weight demands availability of the load-lifting equipment. However, in certain cases monolithic overlappings form by the device of timbering and filling of bkton. But process this difficult and expensive therefore builders prefer to work with finished concrete products.
3. Among these plates the most popular - ribbed. They consist of hollow beams inserts, wreath and concrete tie. Thanks to the fact that inserts make of ceramics keramzitobetona, expanded polystyrene, such overlappings have rather small weight. Their mounting is fast and quite simple. After installation of blocks the tie device is required.
4. Do not concede them in popularity combined reinforced concrete overlappings. They are good the fact that they are ready to accept all design weight load right after installation. Hollow plates are easier and cheaper corpulent therefore are used in construction of multi-storey buildings much more often. Combined overlappings do not need the device on their surface of tie as represent product ready for operation.
5. The plates representing combination of monolith and combined overlapping are called filigree. They consist of concrete products of small thickness (15-18 cm), concrete tie and armopoyas. Filigree overlappings release to order under certain project of the house. In finished form they represent the product considering form and apertures of rooms. Thanks to it are more preferable to multi-storey buildings, but the cost of these plates is quite big.
6. Wooden overlappings mount in low constructions from tree, brick, gas-silicate and foam concrete. These plates consist of strong beams and covering. As the first use bar or boards connected among themselves. Beams stack in special apertures in the house. Before overlapping mounting these eyes cover waterproofing material.
7. Beams represent framework which is sheathed on both sides strong boards. The floor of upper floor and ceiling of lower is so formed. In frame housing construction traditionally use ridge wooden overlappings. They have received the name for the reason that instead of bar here as beams mount the thick wide dual boards laid on edge. The step between them makes 30-60 cm. These overlappings have excellent bearing capacity.
