1. In construction the drills are applied in two cases. In the first case – when drilling openings of large diameters in dense types of materials. Drilling happens perforating drill to the shock mechanism, the drill, that is big special drill with a diameter more than 10 mm and more than 400 mm long is inserted into cartridge of drill. By means of this drill opening of large diameters in dense types of materials is made.
2. Still the drill is applied in construction to excavation of deepenings for piles, still they are called by yamoburam. Drills for the pile base have become widespread in the TISE construction technology where them make construction of the base. Such device is pipe from the spiral design located on it for withdrawal of the drilled earth. The mechanism is given by rotation by his one or two people depending on the used diameter of drill to work. Diameters of drills for piles happen from 250 mm to 600 mm, the choice of diameter and size of the device is defined by the bearing load of piles and the base of the building. Drilling by hand drill for piles happens on depth up to 2 meters.
3. In geological exploration the drills are applied to sampling of soil from depth and something remind construction drills for the organization of wells under piles. On design geological drills same, as well as construction, here only diameter at them less also is from 77 mm to 550 mm. These drills due to their rotation in the earth by one or two people work. There are stationary devices - it is drilling rigs for making of long holes in the earth which extreme depth of drilling is 10 meters.
4. In gardening the drill is applied to mounting of different types of protections, to drilling in the soil of openings under columns. This technology allows to establish columns on considerable depth without excavation of big hole.
5. Also in gardening the drill is applied to landing of garden trees and care for them. By means of devices around tree at distance deepenings of 40-60 cm in depth become then in these openings fertilizer is put, it is carried out having watered. It becomes in order that roots of tree have received the most bigger amount of moisture and useful mineral fertilizers as active roots are at depth from 50 cm to 1.5 meters.
