The washing machine — the irreplaceable household appliance. Unfortunately, periodically washing machines begin to make loud unpleasant sounds which can demonstrate breakage.
Suspicious noise
If at extraction the machine rustles as the jet plane or just makes foreign sounds at all stages of washing, it is worth thinking of repair. As soon as the machine begins to behave "incorrectly", especially if it has begun to make loud sounds suddenly, process of washing needs to be suspended in order to avoid serious damages.
First of all, check whether steadily there is washing machine. Sometimes problems with balancing and installation can cause extraneous noises. If the machine is normally installed, try to drain water and to redistribute linen in drum: too large number of linen which has got off in one heap can cause disbalance of drum and emergence of extraneous noises.
The pin, coin, button or any other small subject which can get under drum of the machine can sometimes become the reason of terrible sounds. It is independently quite difficult to take it, it is necessary to call the master. In order to avoid similar situations it is desirable to check carefully clothes pockets before loading in the washing machine. The problem is that even the smallest subject can just jam drum of the machine that will lead to serious breakage so if you hear the repeating knock or gnash, it is sure sign that it is time to call the repairman.
Whether it is worth calling the master?
If the machine with each washing rustles more and stronger, most likely matter in the drum. Twist it in the switched-off machine, listen to sounding of the bearing (it is design on which the drum fastens). If you hear rumble or gnash, and in separate provisions the drum is rotated with difficulty, most likely it is time to change bearings. The washing machine can rattle in the extraction mode as at this time the drum is rotated very quickly, much quicker, than in the mode of normal washing. Quite often the machine begins to rattle as fastening of counterbalances or tank has weakened. It is very easy to correct this breakage — enough to tighten the corresponding bolts. If the reason was in it, all foreign sounds will disappear. If the machine does not rattle, and just strongly rustles at extraction, perhaps, matter in fault or contamination of the drain pump. Most likely, either the filter, or outflow branch pipes have strongly got littered. It is enough to clean of them to get rid of foreign sounds. Anyway, for diagnostics it is the best of all to call the qualified specialist. In certain cases extraneous noise can be caused by the whole complex of the causes which independently remove quite difficult.
