The basic reason of emergence of country wars consists in imperfection of the legislation. People cannot independently define who is right and who is guilty and instead of resolving issue in the legal plane, begin war with neighbors. This war lasts for years, affects several generations and sometimes leads to shattering consequences.

For some reason all have forgotten that at the Soviet power the seasonal dachas were allocated not to some specific people, but the enterprises. Earlier people did not think of where whose shed stands. As everything was free and the general, participants of garden associations did not find reasons for quarrels. Now everything has changed: each square meter of the earth costs fabulous money, and owners of the plants, factories and steamships are ready to do anything to take away sites from summer residents. It is basic reason of opposition between the enterprise and the summer resident. There is also other type of war: between the summer resident and his neighbor.

Not to launch country war, it is necessary to follow the elementary rules of building development. First, not to build on the site "skyscrapers" - buildings height to several floors. Such construction can lead to the most unpleasant consequences. For example, to need to demolish the built multy-storey building. Neighbour's right
However not always neighbors are at war from - constructions. Sometimes bloody wars run high because of other things: the fruits which have fallen from tree of the neighbor and collected on the site, falling not there where it is necessary, shadows, arrangements of beds. To help people to solve these small by definition, but questions, serious on value, the law on the neighbour's right has been adopted. In the law on the neighbour's right it is offered to coordinate independently construction of future constructions with each other. The neighbour's right resolves the major and, one may say, the most ancient questions. According to the right, it is possible to cut the neighbour's bushes and trees which have sprouted through your fence, it is possible to collect the fruits which have fallen from tree of the neighbor to your kitchen garden too. However lawyers expect that they even after adoption of such law of war will not stop. As always, the system provides many "holes" which will be able to use more skilled, educated and, after all, more wealthy person.
