Catfish in sauce with a lemon note

Prepare this dish for festive dinner and please all turned-down guests. Very tasty and gentle small fish with a pleasant lemon note turns out.

It is required to you

  • - 800 g of fillet of fish (it is possible to use fillet of any fish);
  • - 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 1 cups of hot boiled water;
  • - 1 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 1 tsps of 6% of vinegar;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instruction

1. Flour needs to be fried in previously warmed frying pan with small addition of oil.

2. Add a squirt hot water, constantly stirring slowly to avoid formation of lumps.

3. Add salt, vinegar and pepper.

4. Cut ¼ part of a lemon with a peel and add to the made sauce. Extinguish on slow fire within 1 minute. Switch off fire and cool. To cut out squares from a foil in a form of fillet of fish.

5. Each fillet needs to be dipped into sauce, to put in the center of a foil, to cover from above with lemon segment. Inwrap a foil densely an envelope.

6. Place in the oven which is in advance warmed up to 180 degrees and prepare within half an hour. It is possible to make fillet of fish in the double boiler. For this purpose just it is necessary to dip fillet into sauce and to place in the double boiler.

7. It is necessary to serve fish directly in a foil.

8. It is possible to decorate a dish by means of a cherry tomato and several branches of rosemary.
