Very much like the real home-made flat cakes from the test. Below we will consider the recipe of fried flat cakes with addition of fruit in them. You can choose fruit what want. They are added directly to dough at its preparation. It turns out quite originally and very tasty.

It is required to you

  • 2 slices of white loaf (stale and without crusts);
  • 2 glasses of milk;
  • 1 glass of flour;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • salt pinch;
  • 2 tablespoons of fat (for frying);
  • 1 soup plate of fruit (any).

Instruction

1. Shake up eggs, pour to them flour, a pinch of salt and pour in milk. Add the bread cut into cubes, fruit which are small cut and mixed with sugar to the received weight.

2. After that warm a frying pan with fat, do flat cakes of the prepared higher than the weight and fry them as usual pancakes.

3. Put ready flat cakes in half, then strew with icing sugar which previously mix with cinnamon.

4. It is better to serve such flat cakes hot, at will it is possible with a berry syrup or jam. Enjoy your meal!
