How to bake eggplants in an oven

The baked eggplants can be combined with huge amount of vegetables. For example, squash, pepper or tomatoes well will approach. At the same time eggplants can act both minor ingredient, and a main course. We will learn all features and cunnings of preparation of eggplants in an oven.

It is required to you

  • cheese – 100 g;
  • champignons – 400 g;
  • desi;
  • sour cream, mayonnaise or yogurt – 2 tablespoons;
  • the cut parsley – 2 tablespoons;
  • eggplants of the average size – 5 pieces;
  • vegetable oil;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • garlic glove – 1 piece;
  • black sprinkling pepper and salt.

Instruction

1. Wash out eggplants under flowing water and cut lengthways in half. Salt each half and wait when on a surface juice appears.

2. Place small cut champignons and a piece of oil on a frying pan. When mushrooms start up juice, remove them from a plate and add the garlic which is passed through a press.

3. Cook hard boiled egg and by means of a sharp knife cut on small cubes. Mix parsley, egg and mushrooms in a cup.

4. Wash out eggplants and cut out at them cores. Miss the taken pulp via the blender or the meat grinder. Put it together with mayonnaise to shampinyonny weight. Pepper and salt a dish, properly mix.

5. Fill deepenings in eggplants with a stuffing. Then place all eggplants with a stuffing on a greased baking tray. Surely strew everyone with a grated cheese. On core of each aubergine half put a small piece of oil.

6. Warm an oven to 200 oC and having placed a baking tray there, bake within 40 minutes. The ready-to-eat meal can be served with various sauces. Tartar, "Salsa", "Béchamel" or usual ketchup will approach.
