2. For measurement of values of this function from other arguments it is the simplest to use the standard Windows calculator if near at hand there is a computer. To start the calculator open the main menu on the Start-up button (mouse or pressing of the WIN key), pass into the section "All Programs", and then into the subsection "Standard" and click the Calculator point.
3. Switch the interface of the calculator to that operating mode which allows to calculate trigonometrical functions. For this purpose open the section "Look" in its menu and select the Engineering or Scientific item (depending on the used operating system).
4. Enter value of an argument from which it is necessary to calculate an arctangent.
