How to find the party of the correct triangle

How to find the party of the correct triangle

"Correct" call a triangle which all parties are equal among themselves, as well as corners in its tops. In Euclidean geometry the corners in tops of such triangle do not need calculations - they are always equal 60 °, and length of the parties can be calculated on rather simple formulas.

Instruction

1. If the radius of the circle (r) entered in the correct triangle, then for finding of lengths of its parties (a) is known, increase radius six times and divide result into a square root from the three: a=r•6/√ 3. For example, if this radius is equal to 15 centimeters, then length of each party will be approximately equal 15•6/√ to 3≈90/1,73≈52,02 centimeters.

2. If the radius of the circle (R) which is not entered, and described near such triangle is known, then you recognize that the radius of a circumscribed circle always twice more radius entered. From this follows that the formula of calculation of length of the party (a) will almost coincide with described on the previous step - increase the known radius only three times, and divide result into a square root from the three: a=R•3/√ 3. For example, if the radius of such circle is equal to 15 centimeters, then length of each party will be approximately equal 15•3/√ to 3≈45/1,73≈26,01 centimeters.

3. If height (h) which is carried out from any top of the correct triangle is known, then for finding of length of each its party (a) you find private from division of the doubled height into a square root from the three: a=h•2/√ 3. For example, if height is 15 centimeters, then lengths of the parties will be equal 15•2/√ 3≈60/1,73≈34,68 centimeters.

4. If length of perimeter of the correct triangle (P) is known, then for finding of lengths of the parties (a) of this geometrical figure just reduce it three times: a=P/3. For example, if the perimeter makes 150 centimeters, then length of each of the parties will be equal to 150/3=50 centimeters.

5. If only the area of such triangle (S) is known, then for finding of length of each its party (a) count a square root from private from division of the quadruple square at a square root from the three: a= √ (4•S/√ 3). For example, if the area is equal to 150 square centimeters, then length of each party will be approximately equal √ (4•150/√ 3) ≈√ (600/1.73) ≈18.62 centimeters.
