    • 1 tsps of vegetable oil.

1. The first in a diet childof vegetable puree has to consist only of one vegetable. When the kid tasted several different vegetables, and mom made sure that he everything well acquires them, then it is possible to begin to cook multicomponent vegetable puree.

2. Choose fresh, without external defects, vegetables.

3. First of all carefully wash vegetables with hot flowing water, using at the same time a kapron brush.

4. Peel vegetables. At a squash remove seeds and a core.

5. Cut a squash and potatoes small cubes, carrots can be grated on a large grater.

6. It is desirable to wet potatoes and a squash in boiled water for 2-3 hours, then water to drain and start preparation of vegetables.

7. Preparation of vegetables on couple: Lay vegetables in the double boiler layer-by-layer, install the timer for 35-40 minutes.

8. If vegetables are boiled, then it is necessary to lower in the boiling water them in turn. At first put potatoes, after boiling it has to be boiled thoroughly 5-7 minutes, then add carrots and in 5 minutes a squash. 11. Put necessary amount of puree in a children's plate, for the child of 5-6 months the volume of one feeding is equal 200-250 grams. Cool food to 35-36 degrees and you feed the kid.

12. Ready puree is stored in the fridge no more day. Whenever possible, on a table the baby has to have a freshly cooked puree.
