For preparation of cookies it is required: 

1.5 glasses of oat flakes, a half-glass of dried fruits (raisin, dried apricots, prunes, any dry berries), 1.5-2 glasses of walnuts (or pecan nuts), 50 grams of a desi (it is possible to replace olive), 1/4 glasses of coconut flakes, 1 banana, 1 egg, vanillin on a knife tip, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground nutmeg on a knife tip, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of honey (it is better liquid). 

How to prepare: 

To shake up egg a little a nimbus to a uniform state. Add the kindled butter, apple cider vinegar. Crush banana in the blender or knead a fork, connect to mix. Then to add honey and carefully to mix everything. Now it is separately mixed all "dry" components and spices. It is better to cut dried apricots and prunes small, to crush nuts in the blender. Connect both mixes and again it is good to mix. 

Warm an oven up to the temperature of 180 degrees. Create balls from mix, lay out on a baking tray (it is possible to put previously on it special paper for pastries) and to bake within 25 minutes. Useful and very tasty cookies are ready! 

Even inveterate athletes are able to afford such delicacy, it doesn't contain harmful products, a fat minimum there, but it is a lot of cellulose, slow carbohydrates and protein. It is possible to experiment: add different types of nuts, dried fruits, berries. Also the taste is affected by a grinding size of nuts.
