It is required to you

  • crab - 1 piece,
    • peas sweet siliculose - 120 grams,
    • cucumber - 1-2 pieces,
    • onions - 0.5 heads,
    • egg - 3 pieces,
    • lettuce leaves arugula - 100 grams,
    • mayonnaise - to taste,
    • salt and pepper - to taste,
    • pan,
    • colander,
    • knife,
    • cutting board.

Instruction

1. Take a crab, wash him. Put a crab in a pan with water. Cover and bring to weak boiling. You cook, having allotted 15 minutes on the first 500 grams of a crabmeat and 8 minutes on additional 500 grams. Pull out a crab from a pan and give him will cool down.

2. Take meat from a crab. Cut large steaks.

3. Take eggs, boil them. After eggs cool down shell them.

4. Take pods of sweet peas. Well wash out them, using a colander. Cut pods, put them in a pan with water. After boiling you cook peas of 5 minutes. Then at once cool a baking plate with cold water. Leave for several minutes in a colander to allow water to flow down.

5. Take cucumbers and onions. Wash cucumbers under a stream of cold water, let's them dry. Clean onions and rinse.

6. Take the cooked eggs, cucumbers and onions. Cut onions, cucumbers and eggs in proportion to already cut pieces of crab meat.

7. Carefully mix all components of salad and dress with mayonnaise. Add to salad salt and pepper to taste.

8. Properly wash out arugula leaves and let's them dry. Put salad on arugula leaves. Serve it as cold appetizer. Appetite pleasant to you.
