    • 1\2 - 1 lemon; couple of heads of garlic; onions

    • For preparation of chicken breasts with filling and oranges: 2 - 3 chicken breasts; proteins of four eggs; 1 tables. spoon of lemon juice; salt
    • pepper - to taste; 100 ml of low-fat yogurt; 2 - 3 oranges. Spices - at will.

1. One of ways of fight against dryness of chicken breast – a soy-bean sauce. It is necessary to presoak in it chicken already in the cut look, it is the best of all previously having cut a breast on two – four pieces that all meat properly became impregnated with sauce. It is necessary to leave in sauce chicken for 5 - 10 minutes, without forgetting periodically it to stir slowly! If you don't want to cut chicken breast, then it is possible to leave it in sauce entirely, considering, however, that time of soaking will double approximately in comparison with the cut breast. After pickling it is possible to add garlic or spices to chicken to taste and to start suppression or frying. As for salt, you shouldn't put it as after "bathing" in sauce the chicken will already gain pleasant saltish smack.

2. For those who don't love a soy-bean sauce it is possible to suggest to replace it with lemon marinade. Its preparation will require 1 lemon, couple of heads of garlic, salt, pepper, onions and greens to taste. We undress chicken, we cut, we salt - we pepper, and we put in a soup plate or a bowl. From above we sprinkle with a grass, small cut or grated garlic, we divide a lemon into several parts and too we put in ware with chicken. From above we cover chicken a plate or dense that juice was formed. We leave chicken in marinade at least for 30 minutes. If time absolutely just barely enough, then it is possible just to water with lemon juice chicken just before her preparation. The fact is that lemon juice in connection with hot oil, forms some kind of film – the protective coating on meat which isn't allowing to flow out to natural juice from chicken. Thanks to what the breast also turns out especially gentle and juicy, with pleasant fresh aroma!

3. If you want something special, then it is possible to bake chicken breasts in an oven, with gentle filling and oranges which will give new notes to chicken meat. So, we will cut breasts and we will put them on the baking tray greased with a thin layer of a desi. Now we will start the most interesting - filling! Without it: a dish - not a dish! We beat whites of eggs before foam texturization, we add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the turned-out weight. Separately we prepare the second part of filling - we mix juice and pulp of one orange with low-fat yogurt. Then properly we mix all ingredients. Chicken is densely covered with the turned-out filling and we bake at a temperature of 200C about 10, at most 20 minutes. After that we reduce temperature to 150C, and from above we put the prepeeled and exactly cut slices of two oranges on meat. It is also possible to strew chicken with favourite seasonings and to leave to pine in an oven about ten more minutes.
