How to make salad ""Mistress"

This salad received such unusual name thanks to a combination of three tastes. As well as the real femme fatale, it unites sweet, juicy sharpness and it is a little bitterness. Besides, in this salad there is a highlight and not one!

It is required to you

  • - 1 boiled beet
  • - 150 g of cheese
  • - 2 crude carrots
  • - on 50 g of raisin, dried apricots, walnuts and prunes
  • - 2 garlic gloves
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of sugar
  • - mayonnaise

Instruction

1. Salad - puff. The first layer will be sweet, "with a highlight"! So, we will clean carrots, we will grate it, we will put in a salad bowl, we will add raisin, small cut dried apricots, sugar (if the sweet of carrots and dried fruits isn't enough), mayonnaise and we will mix.

2. The second layer will be the salty and sharp, personifying piquancy and some grief inherent in mistresses. We will grate cheese, we will mix it with davleny garlic, we will lay out over the first layer and we will grease with mayonnaise.

3. Now we will dress our ""mistress"" in a magnificent purple dress! We will rub the peeled boiled beet on a grater, we will chop nuts and we will cut prunes. We will mix everything, we will lay out in a salad bowl, over a cheese and garlic layer, and we will fill in with mayonnaise. From above we will decorate salad with nuts.
