- - 3 green apples;
- - 200 g of a hard cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 50 гр olives without additives;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 2 cucumbers;
- - 200 g of mayonnaise;
- - salt to taste.
Instruction
1. For preparation of salad and its beautiful giving take a big wide plate with low edge and a flat bottom. Accurately wipe it. Spread consistently all layers of salad at once on a plate on which you are going to serve it on a table.
2. Wash apples, dry by means of a towel, peel also seeds and grate. It is better to take cucumbers fresh, but it is possible to replace and marinated. Cut cucumbers in very small cubes. Wash potatoes and boil, cool, peel and grate. Hard-boil eggs, cool and cut small pieces.
3. Begin to spread layers, on a plate accurately giving them the form of a circle. Coat each layer with a small amount of mayonnaise and to the taste add some salt. Spread in such sequence: potatoes, apple, egg, potatoes, cucumber, potatoes. Then grate cheese on a small grater.
