""Prince"" - fresh and fragrant salad which can be served to a table as a main course as it very nourishing at the expense of all-beef.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of all-beef (not really fat);
- 5 eggs;
- pickled cucumbers - 5-6 pieces;
- 3 garlic gloves;
- 1 cups of walnuts;
Preparation:
- It is attentive to wash out, lay all-beef in a pan, to fill with the filtered water.
- Add salt, spicery, bay leaf, bell pepper. Install a stewpan with all-beef on average fire. Leave to cook about 90 minutes. Get the prepared meat product from broth, cool and disunite on thin fibers.
- Boil eggs in water, cool, clean and rub on a big grater.
- Pickled cucumbers we rub on a large grater. We peel garlic, we pass through a press, we mix with cucumbers.
- Dry walnuts in a frying pan without addition of oil within 5-6 minutes, crush in a mortar or the blender.
- We pick salad by layers. It is preferable to take transparent ware, a serving ringlet or a split mold as in that case salad will look very elegantly:
- the first layer: boiled meat and layer of mayonnaise;
- the second layer: pickled cucumbers with garlic and a mayonnaise layer;
- the third layer: the eggs rubbed on a large grater, salt and a layer of mayonnaise;
- the fourth layer: the crushed walnut nutlets.
Salad is ready, now it is necessary to remove it in a cold spot at several o'clock in order that it became impregnated. Before giving it is removed a serving ringlet.
