  • 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 ml of broth, are better vegetable
  • 20 гр gelatin
  • 1 tablespoons of mustard

Instruction

1. Boil potatoes. Cut in small cubes. Do the same with carrots. Mix vegetables. Add to them green peas. Cut ham. Also crush apples and water with lemon juice that they didn't darken. Mix everything.

2. Now, the basis of everything is sauce. For this purpose carefully stir sour cream with mayonnaise and mustard. Add salt, pepper.

3. Dissolve gelatin in broth, stir. Mix vegetables, sauce and the divorced gelatin. Cover a suitable form a film, so that it were more edge, than height of the form chosen by you.

4. Distribute a half of weight in shape. Lay out eggs on a salad layer. From above cover everything with the remained weight so that eggs weren't visible. Slightly stamp everything and level. Remove for the night in the fridge. Before giving decorate on the taste.
