How to prepare a gilthead with potatoes and tomatoes

The gilthead is saltwater rather fatty fish. It is very gentle, besides madly tasty. In this recipe the gilthead is perfectly combined with tomatoes and potatoes.

It is required to you

  • - 1 gilthead
  • - 3 potatoes
  • - 1 lime or lemon
  • - 1 bunch of spinach
  • - 10 cherry tomatoes
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

1. Wash out fish, then clean from scales, draw, carefully wash out, dry on a paper towel. From two parties on fish make cuts.

2. Wash out a lemon or a lime, cut on 2 equal parts. Cut one part with segments or circles, and squeeze out juice of other part. Wash out spinach in cold water, and then dry and small chop.

3. Enclose in each cut which you made in the beginning on one piece of a lime, from above strew fish with spinach.

4. In a small bowl connect lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, carefully mix everything. Smear with the received mix fish.

5. Peel potatoes, wash out it, cut in cubes. Wash out cherry tomatoes, cut in half and lay out together with potatoes in a form. Put in the middle fish. Include an oven by 190-200 degrees, wait 10 minutes that it heated up.

6. Cover a form with a foil and send to an oven for 25-30 minutes. Ready fish shift in a plate, lay out vegetables nearby and give to a table.
