Necessary ingredients:
- beef – 0.5 kg;
- potatoes – 3 pieces;
- bulbs of the average size – 3 pieces;
- pomegranate of the average size;
- eggs – 5 pieces;
- mayonnaise;
Are necessary for marinade:
- sugar – 1 tablespoon;
- apple cider vinegar (it is possible to use also table 9%) – 3 tablespoons;
- boiled cold water – 1 glass.

To cool the boiled eggs, meat and potatoes.
To place the onions cut by thin half rings in marinade on a quarter of hour. Then marinade to merge, wring out onions.
Clean pomegranate so that you had only grains (without partitions and a peel). Potatoes and eggs to clean and grate: potatoes – on large, eggs – on small. Cut meat straws rather thinly.
