1. For preparation of salad prepare the following products: 90 grams of sour cream, 90 grams of mayonnaise, 180 grams of Dutch cheese or any cheese of firm grades, half-glass of walnuts, 1 grenades, 5 boiled eggs, 1 boiled beet, 1 boiled chicken breast, 1 piece of onions, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pepper, salt.

2. Salad by a St. Valentine's Day "Garnet heart" not only is nice to the taste, but also is rather simple in preparation. At the initial stage peel onions, crush and fry it on vegetable oil. Further cut a small cube chicken fillet. Crush nuts by means of the food processor, take kernels from pomegranate. Rub on a large grater separately the following products: cheese, eggs, beet. Mix in separate ware mayonnaise with sour cream.

3. Garnet Heart salad - puff. The prepared ingredients have layer-by-layer in the following sequence: meat, onions, eggs, nuts, cheese, beet.
