Roast chicken with nutlets

The most tasty dish from gentle meat, crunchy nutlets of cashew and juicy vegetables. It is possible to change the recipe with ease if instead of chicken to take the cleaned royal shrimps and to add them to a frying pan with green pepper.

It is required to you

  • - 4 fillets from chicken breast;
  • - 1 bunch of onions;
  • - fresh root of ginger (2.5 cm);
  • - 100 g cashew nutlet;
  • - 2 green pepper;
  • - 80 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a sherry;
  • - 1 h corn flour spoon.

Instruction

1. Small chop an onions bunch, and clean a root of ginger and slice thin. Cut tomatoes with small pieces and set aside aside. Heat oil in a wok or a big frying pan, add onions and ginger and fry on strong fire 2 minutes.

2. Mix nutlets of cashew and chicken pieces. Fry 3 minutes until chicken slices become soft. Add the green pepper scraped seeds and cut by small pieces, tomatoes, fry 3 more minutes.

3. Stir a soy-bean sauce, a sherry and flour in a small bowl, homogeneous mass isn't formed yet. Pour out the prepared mix in a wok and prepare 1 minute until sauce becomes dense, and chicken slices well won't become impregnated with it. Serve the dish with rice noodles.
