Salad from a bean and sweet potato

Salad has nutritive properties at the expense of the starchy sweet potato which is a part and a bean which in turn contains vegetable protein. For the lack of sweet potato it is possible to use usual potatoes for preparation of salad. It is important to prepare ingredients correctly.

It is required to you

  • - zucchini – 1 piece;
  • - sweet potato – 2 pieces;
  • - a bean – a big handful;
  • - olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt, a sprinkling pepper and a coriander – to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash out sweet potato and peel. Cut on large cubes. Put in deep ware, strew with seasonings, fill in with olive oil.

2. Heat an oven to 180-200 degrees. Spread out large cubes of sweet potato or potatoes to a baking tray. Establish a leaf with a semi-finished product in an oven, bake 20 minutes.

3. Then be accepted to a zucchini squash. Wash it, clean by means of a vegetables knife. Further cut zucchini so that bars turned out. They have to remind preparations for French fries, but by the size prepare much more largely.
