Preparing for any holiday, each hostess wants to surprise members of household and guests with unusual and tasty dishes. The special place on a holiday table is taken by salads, they can be prepared from meat, fish, crabsticks, a liver, mushrooms, etc. We offer recipes of salads which will decorate any feast.
Sea salad
This simple dish can be prepared in a few minutes, it surely will be pleasant to all guests. For it it is required:
- 300 g of crabsticks;
- 500 g of squids;
- 6 proteins;
- 200 g of mayonnaise;
- 3 tablespoons of red caviar;
- several branches of fennel for ornament.
Squids we fill in with boiled water, we stir with a spoon not to burn, we drain water, we do so three times, then we cut seafood straws. Eggs we cook hard-boiled, we clean and we pull out yolks, only proteins will be necessary, them and crabsticks we cut straws. We spread all prepared products in a salad bowl, we add mayonnaise, we salt to taste and well we mix. From above we decorate salad for a holiday table with red caviar and branches of fennel.
Riga salad
If you want to serve beef salad to a holiday table, surely prepare this dish. For it it is required:
- 300 g of beef;
- 1 bulb;
- 2 paprikas;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 pickle;
- 200 g of mayonnaise;
- 1 apple;
- salt to taste;
- fennel greens for ornament.
To make this salad for a holiday table, we boil meat, we allow to cool down and we cut thin straws. Eggs we cook hard-boiled, we clean and we cut small into cubes. We cut straws paprikas, a cucumber and apple, and we drench onions with boiled water and we slice thin rings. We connect all ingredients, we dress with mayonnaise and we mix, before giving on a holiday table we decorate salad with fennel greens.
Snow Maiden salad
This salad can be made for a New Year's table. For this purpose it is required:
- 300 g of a light salted salmon;
- 5 boiled eggs;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 bank of tinned corn;
- 2 bulbs;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- 1 carrots;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 1 paprika;
- small piece of a hard cheese;
- 2 peas of a black pepper.
We cook eggs, we clean and we separate the whites from the yolks, we rub them separately on a small grater. We cut tomatoes and onions small into cubes, and carrots we rub on a large grater. We fry onions and carrots on vegetable oil. We divide a salmon into two parts: we cut one into cubes, and the second – thin stripes. In a plate we connect onions, carrots, tomato, the salmon cut in cubes, yolks, we dress ingredients with mayonnaise and we spread on a dish, having created the Snow Maiden's figure. We strew salad with proteins and a grated cheese, we do a fur coat and the Snow Maiden's hands of slices of a salmon, we cut pepper on 2 parts and we put as a mitten, from 2 small stripes of pepper we do a nose and a mouth, eyes – of pepper peas. We leave salad for a holiday table in the fridge for 30 minutes that he managed to become impregnated.
