Mushrooms are a fine gift of the nature. From them it is possible to prepare a set of very tasty dishes. The rich, fragrant mushroom soup is especially good in the winter. It not only will satisfy hunger and will warm, but also will remind of warm summer. Mushrooms are good in a fried and stewed look, especially with onions.

When cooking mushroom dishes the culinary specialist should use such ingredients which best of all supplement natural taste of mushrooms. These are, first of all, onions. Marinated mushrooms with onions – a dish which is cooked in only a few minutes. It can serve as great snack to any table – both daily, and festive. For its preparation take about 250 grams of the cooled marinated mushrooms (for example, white, chanterelles, slippery jacks, champignons), filter excess liquid by means of a colander, put in a salad bowl. Cut an average bulb thin half rings, add to mushrooms, accurately mix. Then water this mix with two tablespoons of purified vegetable oil, add a little vinegar or lemon juice and give to a table.

It is the best of all to use olive oil of the first cold extraction for this dish.

Puff mushrooms, onions and potatoes salad turns out very tasty. To prepare this dish, take about 200-250 grams of the fried mushrooms which are (previously cooled), 2-3 boiled cooled potatoes of the average sizes, 1 average bulb, it is a little mayonnaise, salt and a black sprinkling pepper – to taste. Cut fried mushrooms small pieces, moderately salt, pepper, lay out an even layer in the enameled or plastic tray.

Grease with mayonnaise, evenly distributing it on a surface of mushrooms by means of a spoon or a fork. Cut a bulb thin rings or half rings and spread out over mushrooms. Also moderately pepper, grease with mayonnaise. From above spread out the boiled potatoes grated or small cut. Salt and pepper it to taste, slightly stamp, grease with mayonnaise and put a tray in the fridge approximately for 1 hour for impregnation.

Except a black sprinkling pepper, you can use any other spices, for example curry powder. Also you can replace mayonnaise with low-fat sour cream.

Tasty and nourishing, though very high-calorie dish is stewed mushrooms with onions and a smoked breast. For preparation you need 500 grams of fresh mushrooms, 2 average bulbs, 200 grams of low-fat bacon, a little vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste. Cut onions thin half rings and fry on strongly heated vegetable oil to a golden-brownish shade. Right after it a skimmer transfer onions to a small pan or a stewpan, and on a frying pan where it was fried, put the brisket cut by small pieces. Fry it 3-4 minutes, periodically stirring slowly, then shift to onions. In the same frying pan fry the mushrooms cut by thin plates. Then shift them in ware with onions and brisket, salt, add some spices, pour in a little boiled water and you extinguish on weak fire a baking plate a cover until ready. At will you can strew a dish with greens, for example fennel, green onions or parsley. For aroma add garlic glove to a dish.
