- Two brass or aluminum pipes, grinding stone, axis for fastening of drill, fastening bolts, flat file, metal ruler, hacksaw, drill, vice.
1. Prepare two pipes from brass or aluminum. One pipe has to have the outside diameter of 25 mm, and the second – the same inside diameter. Also grinding stone with a diameter of 25 mm is required. The stone has to have fastening axis for drill. Prepare fastening bolts of M5 or M6.
2. Clamp pipe of large diameter in vice and do cut along pipe. For this purpose the normal hacksaw with narrow edge will approach. Width of cut has to be about 3 mm. Try that the cut was as much as possible equal.
3. From pipe with outer diameter of 25 mm saw off about 10 mm; have received stub. Such stubs it is required two.
