Turnip possesses a peculiar flavor. From this ingredient it is possible to prepare a set of dishes. The turnip stuffed with green peas can become the real festive dish which surely will be pleasant to all guests.

- - 4 small turnips
- - 400 g of fresh green peas
- - vegetable oil
- - black sprinkling pepper
- - salt
- - cheese of firm grades
- - 2 eggs
1. Peel turnip from a thin skin and dry a tissue. Accurately inwrap each tuber in a foil for roasting and lay out preparations on a baking tray. It is necessary to bake turnip in an oven within 30-35 minutes.
2. Carefully wash out fresh green peas and mix with a small amount of salt and a black sprinkling pepper. Leave preparation for some time to be pickled.
3. In each tuber of turnip accurately do deepenings. It can be done by means of a knife or a usual teaspoon.
4. Mix pulp of turnip with green peas. Fill with a stuffing each tuber. From above strew preparations with a grated cheese and decorate with cubes of boiled eggs.
5. Repeatedly put turnip in an oven and bake a dish within 10 minutes. Cheese has to melt completely.
