It is required to you

  • sour cream - 2 glasses (it is possible to replace with kefir, curdled milk or fermented baked milk),
  • eggs - 2 pieces,
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon,
  • salt - to taste,
  • soda - 1 teaspoon,
  • flour - 2 or 3 glasses to look on consistence of the test, it shouldn't be dense

Instruction

1. Any stuffing needs to be prepared in advance, dough shouldn't stand long as soon as it is ready - at once it is necessary to bake pies.

2. Shake up sour cream with eggs, to extinguish soda in a vinegar tablespoon. If to do dough on kefir, then it isn't necessary to extinguish.

3. We add salt, sugar, soda, well we mix. We add the flour sifted previously gradually until dough doesn't stick to a fork. Dough has to be very soft.

4. Fill flour on hundreds, lay out on it ready dough. We divide a knife dough into pieces, we form balls. Roll flat cakes 1 centimeter thick, stick together pies.

5. To bake pies of the fast test in a frying pan on the heated oil. Such dough not really is suitable for an oven though some bake pies exactly there.
