  • For steak:
  • Fillet of a salmon — 1 piece.
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon.
  • Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons.
  • Dried fennel — to taste
  • Garlic powder — to taste
  • Peppercorn — to taste
  • Thyme — to taste
  • Salt — to taste
  • Yogurt gas station — to taste
  • For a garnish:
  • New potato — 500 g.
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt — to taste
  • Fresh fennel — to taste

Instruction

1. Prepare spicy mix: for this purpose it is necessary to mix olive oil, a garlic powder, a black pepper, dried fennel and lemon juice.

2. Salt fish, cover from all directions with spicy mix.

3. Lay out steak in a form for roasting, add several branches of a thyme if there is a wish to add aroma.

4. Bake at a temperature of 170 °C of 25-30 minutes until ready.

5. Potatoes need to be cooked in the boiling added some salt water.

6. Mix ready potatoes with olive oil and small cut fennel.

7. Serve steaks with potatoes, before giving to pour over each steak yogurt dressing.
