The Transaktny analysis is a way of the psychological consideration of the personality interacting with other personality. The main thing at such type of the analysis is through what positions in structure of the personality there is an interaction (interaction). The author of the transaktny analysis Eric Burn allocates three types of positions:
1. Parent's position. These are values, installations, ideas of due and behavior templates which were acquired by the person from the parents and other authorities. The position of the Parent is "autopilot" of our behavior that is when the person does not know how to behave in any given situation, he remembers the samples acquired earlier. An example of manifestation of the Parental position is edification (I spoke to you …, now you understood …), condemnation (well unless it is so possible … who so does …), obligation (here it is so correct …, do / do not do as I …). Without "Parent" of people loses moral standards, morality and neglects ethical principles.
2. Adult's position. It is objective assessment of reality, the logician, a reasoning in terms of benefit. It evolves from own life experience and allows to make the independent decisions adequate to a situation. The main thing in this position is a decision-making on the basis of reflection. Examples of statements of the Adult: "it is reasonable", "as you explain this fact?", "I will think". At a weak position of the Adult of people loses touch with reality and neglects life.
3. Child's position. First of all it is emotions. Spontaneity, egoism, whims, fears, offenses, trustfulness, creativity, etc. Decisions are made spontaneously on the basis of mood at present. Examples of statements: "I want / I do not want", "to me it is terrible", "I will not be", "ah so, then I". The child is responsible for creativity and interest. At strongly depressed Child of people loses interest in the events becomes incapable to derive pleasure. If transaction are crossed, for example, the first interlocutor gets up on the Child's position, and the second - on the Parent's position, then there is a conflict. The following dialogue can be an example of such conflict: - Let's escape from a lesson? - No, it is necessary to study, and that we will work as janitors. According to E. Burn, it is possible to solve the conflict if to transfer transaction to not crossed positions. In other words, if the first interlocutor begins transaction with the Parent's position, then it is necessary to answer him too from the Parent's position. For example, so: - What now the youth became impudent! - Oh, also do not speak! Absolutely ungirdled! An Adult-adult undergoes the most productive communication for which it is necessary to seek on a position, for example: - The interesting offer, but I do not see the benefit. - I understand, we can allow to you an additional discount in 10% if you pay the order today. Besides, in the transaktny analysis vital scenarios of the personality are considered. In other words it is the installations acquired in the childhood and unconsciously applied in adulthood. If these installations negative, then the personality has some difficulties. Therefore the main task is correction of the scenario through the Adult's position.
