Auto-training and was strongly included long ago into life of many people. Nothing is capable to develop internal harmony of the person with itself as skills of self-control and self-development. Technology of management of emotions

The subconsciousness of the person operates not only emotions, but also all processes which happen in an organism. Therefore so often negative emotional state contributes to the development of various diseases. Auto-training in this case is the real rescue. It not only helps to establish a positive vital spirit, but also to normalize a condition of breath, digestion and metabolism and that the most important is to change behavior of the person. Auto-training and management of emotions is universal remedy for development in the person of self-control. It is enough to inspire in itself that emotions are not capable to direct your actions in any given situation, and confidence that this is true will come soon. With work on yourself you will be helped perfectly by a training – management of emotions. It promotes emergence of skills of switching of attention and learns to operate the emotional state. Especially this exercise helps aggressive people to become quieter, and timid more self-assured.

Instruction: get up at a big mirror. It is desirable that you had a place for performance of maneuvers. Try to carry out this training on management of emotions alone. The essence of exercise consists in steps to a mirror and from a mirror:

  1. Smile in yourself. Breathe. A step forward to a mirror – explode rage, rage and aggression. Allow to be splashed out to all emotions. You growl, you shout, help yourself a mimicry and gestures.
  2. Step backwards – again a smile, tranquility and relaxation.
  3. Step forward again rage and aggression.
  4. Step backwards again tranquility.

First your emotions of anger and rage will be counterfeit, but later they will become more natural. Begin to practice with 5-10 seconds of duration in each state, then increase time up to 30 seconds. For such skill as management of emotions, exercises of this sort it is necessary to repeat three times a week within a month. This universal way will help not only to operate aggression, but also to pass smoothly from one state into another. For example, from a condition of joy in tranquility.

Learning to operate the emotions, be not too exacting to people. Try to see in them advantages, but not those qualities which cause in you only irritation. Gradually you will cease to do attempts "to re-educate" the world around under yourself, and will find out that people around and so suit you. And you will become an example for imitation and the person who respects not only himself, but also other people.
