Work of the modern designer strikingly differs from that what it was several decades ago. All power of the programs designers performing for it all routine work capable to display the drawing not only in the two-dimensional, but also three-dimensional image is at its disposal. However and presently it is necessary to take sometimes a leaf of a Whatman paper, to attach it on a drawing board and to draw a usual standard nut.
It is required to you
- - leaf of a Whatman paper of A4 format;
- - drawing board;
- - drawing accessories (pencils, compasses, eraser and so forth);
- - Internet access.
Instruction
1. By means of buttons or an adhesive tape fix on a drawing board a leaf of a Whatman paper of A4 format (210х297 mm) by the narrow party up. Draw a drawing frame, having receded from the sheet edge of 20 mm on the left side and 5 mm from other parties.
2. Find GOST of a nut which you want to draw (for example, GOST 5915-70). It contains the drawing of a nut in two projections and the size table of standard nuts. On value of diameter of a carving find a nut which drawing you are going to execute in the table. In the table diameter of a carving is designated by letter d. Write out all values of the sizes of a nut from the table (m, d, s, e).
3. Choose drawing scale. It has to be chosen as such that on the image all details of the drawing were well looked through, and at the same time on a leaf there was enough place for a prostanovka of the sizes. As for the image of a nut there are enough two projections, nearby with each other on a horizontal axis, the leaf size on width is defining for the choice of scale (185 mm in a frame). Choose scale as such that width of two projections (m + s) borrowed 1/3 – 1/4 part of 185 mm.
4. Increase the sizes taken from the table by the chosen scale. The received values represent those sizes in which the nut has to be represented on the drawing.
5. Carry out a horizontal axis of projections on a leaf. It has to defend from leaf top approximately at 1/3 of its lengths. Draw the vertical axes of projections of a nut which are crossed with a horizontal axis. The distance from the left edge of a leaf to the first vertical axis and distance between the first and second axis has to be according to about 50 and 80 mm. These values are given approximately, they can be others. The main thing that the ratio of the occupied and free space on the drawing looked harmoniously.
6. Establish the size equal on compasses? e (a half of distance between opposite corners of a hexagon of a nut). From the center of the second projection draw a circle. Enter in it an equilateral hexagon (nut contour). The party of a hexagon has to be equal to a circle radus. Draw two more circles from the same center – one continuous thick line (diameter of an opening), the second – thin on? circles (diameter of a carving). Erase the first circle, it played a supporting role and it is not required any more.
7. Using already available second projection and the sizes taken from the table taking into account scale, draw the first projection of a nut, as its sample use the drawing from state standard specification (in our case of state standard specification 5915-70). Your drawing has to be completely identical to this drawing, differing from it only in the sizes.
8. Apply all dimensional lines on the drawing and put down values of the sizes – again in full accordance with the drawing from state standard specification. On a free field below projections in the form of the numbered points state requirements imposed to a product concerning its hardness, a class of accuracy, existence or lack of heat treatment and so forth.
9. Draw a frame for the main inscription according to rules of execution of the drawing and fill it. The form and the sizes of a frame and also an order of its filling depend on for what organization this drawing intends (for educational institution, manufacturing enterprise, scientific research institute, etc.). Various organizations can have the forms and the order of filling of the main inscription.
